With over a dozen local or regional Infancy Leadership Circles (ILCs) in New York State, NYZTT is the only longstanding organization bringing together diverse professionals who specialize in perinatal development and the earliest years of life. Each ILC has a leader who organizes meetings that enrich knowledge and capacity in their locality, and educate professionals about the networks of services available, as well as those that are needed.
