Dr. Lincoln is a psychiatric nurse practitioner and psychoanalytically informed psychotherapist with children, adolescents and adults in private practice, including dyadic parent infant psychotherapy. Dr. Lincoln also provides home-based dyadic parent infant psychotherapy through the Anni Bergman Parent Infant Outreach Program and provides mental health consultation for several home visiting programs.

She has extensive experience in working with high risk infants and their families. While serving as Director of Children and Family Services at Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Dr. Lincoln developed an Early Head Start Program for adolescent parents in Far Rockaway, a home-based Early Intervention Program, Family Support Programs for families of children with chronic illnesses and provide clinical support and oversight to the Maternal Child Health and Pediatrics home health programs in Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Queens.

While serving as Director of a South Beach Psychiatric Center outpatient clinic in Brooklyn, Dr. Lincoln was cofounder of the Families First Program, a parent support program for new parents in the Cobble Hill community. She has served on the Board of Directors of New York Zero-to-Three Network since 1997 and held positions of secretary, treasurer and Co-President. She currently serves as co-chair of the New York Zero-to-Three Statewide Infancy Leadership Circle/Policy Committee.
