3) In terms of the photos of babies and families, how were the photos selected? How was our focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion factored into the website design?

With the assistance of the Executive Committee and our board members, we wanted to be inclusive and reflect all babies and families as much as possible. I looked for pictures of babies and toddlers of all colors in various developmental stages and families in a range of family structures.
